We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business across:
- Digital projects (websites, web apps, e-commerce)
- AI-powered solutions & automations
- Future SaaS products
This is a hands-on, outbound-heavy role for someone who can build pipeline, not just close deals.
Your Role
You will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects (B2B, international focus)
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn & email (not cold calling-heavy)
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and run discovery calls
- Present solutions (web, AI, automation, future SaaS products)
- Collaborate with technical team for proposals
- Use AI tools to research leads, personalize outreach, and optimize workflows
- Continuously improve sales processes using automation
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales (digital services, software, or SaaS)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn, email, research-based outreach)
- Ability to generate your own pipeline (not rely only on inbound leads)
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts (APIs, integrations, automation, AI basics)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
AI & Automation Mindset (Critical)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work
- Ability to leverage automation tools (e.g. workflows, integrations)
- Strong interest in optimizing and scaling sales processes with AI
If you don’t actively use AI tools in your workflow, this role is not for you.
