This Refund Policy applies to all hosting packages offered by our company.
Right of Refund (for purchases via the site)
The customer has the right to cancel the hosting service within 14 days from the date of activation of the package, without any charge, as long as the service has not been abused (e.g. exceeding limits, use to send spam, violation of terms of use). In this case, the amount paid is fully refunded.
Refund after 14 days (for purchases via the site)
After 14 days, cancellation can be made at any time, but no refund is provided for the remaining period of the subscription. The service remains active until the end of the prepaid period.
How to Cancel
Cancellation can be done:
- By sending an email to customer support (support@innovateone.io), from the customer’s registered email
- By phone, with identification of your details
